To access most services, users must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information.
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
• Notify us of unauthorized access.

You may register using email, phone number, or supported social login options. Carwa may suspend or terminate accounts due to suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive behavior.

To list a car:

• Provide accurate vehicle details (make, model, year, condition, mileage, photos, and videos).
• Schedule a free inspection by a Carwa-approved inspector.
• Once inspected, the car will be listed or moved to the "Parking" section until scheduled.

All vehicles undergo a 101-point professional inspection, covering:

• Mechanical condition
• Exterior and interior
• Mileage verification
• Accident history

While not a guarantee of perfection, it ensures transparency.

• Live Auction: Starts immediately after inspection.
• Scheduled Auction: Sellers choose future dates.
• Bidding: Manual and automatic (AI-assisted) bidding allowed.
• Reserve Price: Minimum sale price based on inspection.

To buy a car:

• Create an account.
• Review listings and inspection reports.
• Participate in auctions and bid.
• Pay only if you win.

Buyers cannot contact sellers directly but can contact Carwa support.

A one-time platform fee applies only to winning buyers:

Buyers may return a vehicle within 3 days only if:

• The condition materially differs from the inspection report.

You may delete your Carwa account from your dashboard. However, accounts with unresolved issues or ongoing transactions may be ineligible for deletion.

Carwa may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Terms violation
• Fraudulent or abusive activity
• Legal violations or UAE law enforcement requests

Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We:

• Collect only necessary data
• Do not sell your data
• Use encryption and secure protocols
• Are not liable for breaches caused by user negligence

Users must:

• Respect others and Carwa staff
• Avoid fraud, manipulation, impersonation, and spam
• Report any suspicious activity

• Carwa is not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
• Inspection reports are professional but may not catch all defects.

Carwa is not liable for delays or failures due to:

• Internet outages
• Government restrictions
• Economic disruptions or other force majeure events

All disputes are governed by UAE law. Users agree to:

• Attempt resolution via Carwa mediation first.
• If unresolved, proceed to binding arbitration or UAE courts.
• In case of translated versions, the English version prevails.

Carwa may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be communicated.

Carwa may integrate services (e.g., logistics) from partners. Carwa is not responsible for third-party performance. Users must resolve issues with the third party directly.

By uploading content (photos/videos), you:

• Grant Carwa permission to use it for operational or promotional use.
• Understand that misleading or inappropriate content may be removed.

The AI auto-bidding tool acts within your set parameters. Carwa is not responsible for bid outcomes. Users are expected to manage AI bidding settings responsibly.

Carwa does not handle vehicle title transfer or registration. Buyers and sellers are responsible for completing ownership transfer according to local laws.

We employ strong security protocols. However, users are responsible for safeguarding their accounts. Carwa is not liable for issues caused by user negligence.

Users are prohibited from:

• Impersonating others
• Submitting false information
• Reverse-engineering the platform
• Spamming or manipulating auctions

Violators may face permanent bans and legal action.

Carwa is not designed for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

These Terms are governed by United Arab Emirates law. In case of any inconsistency in translations, the English version prevails.
